TestingCup 2018 is coming soon! That is why we want to give you a handful of organizational information!
Just to remind you, the event will be held in Vienna House Andel’s in Łódź.
DAY 1, Monday, 28th of May
- CONTESTANTS
Registration of competitors is taking place from 8:30 A.M. to 9:30 A.M. at the TestingCup reception. During the registration you will be asked to show your ID card, so please do not forget it. You will receive from us an event badge and a TestingCup participant package.
After registration, you will be asked to take place in the ballroom (4th floor) in order to connect your computers and prepare for the competition. Each team and individual participant will have designated seat. Our volunteers will help you to find them.
The Championship is starting exactly at 10:00 A.M. Do not be late! Waiting for the Championship to start you can visit stands of our partners to see what they prepared for you. Also you can have a cup of coffee or tea not to feel sleepy. The Championship is ending at 12:50 P.M.
After the Championship you are invited for a lunch in the hotel restaurant from 1 P.M. Full and refreshed you are very welcome to listen to the presentation starting in the ballroom at 2:30 PM, our special guest- Aleksandra Przegalińska will take the stage at 3 P.M.
- PARTICIPANTS (not participating in the Championship)
You are also asked to register before the event but you can do that all day long starting from 8:30 A.M. During the registration you will be asked to show your ID card. You will also receive from us a conference badge and a TestingCup participant package.
You are very invited for a lunch in the hotel restaurant at 1 P.M. And then, presentations are starting in the ballroom at 2:30 PM. Do not miss your chance to listen to our special guest- Aleksandra Przegalińska in the ballroom at 3 P.M.
Do not forget that you can watch the course of the competition! You can also take part in networking and learning activities in accordance with our agenda as well as visit our exhibitors area.
Take the adventage of Helping Hand area between 10 A.M.-1 P.M. and meet our speakers for a guidance or advice.
For all those who managed to register for the workshop with Beren Van Daele and Ard Kramer, come and join them in a workshop room at 10 A.M.
- AFTER PARTY
Who does not need a moment of relaxation and fun after a day of intellectual effort? We all do! That is why we will be waiting for you at 6 P.M. in a microbrewery Klubopiwiarnia Warkot to chill and network.
Before entering the club you will be asked to show your ID (again, please do not forget it!) and you will receive coupons to use in a bar.

Please note that party is a private event. Only TestingCup 2018 participants can join us there (competitors and conference participants).
DAY 2, Tuesday, 29th of May
- RUNNING TRAINING
Don’t you think it is a good idea to run your body before another day of TestingCup? For everyone interested we prepared a running training with the Champion- Artur Kozłowski. It will take place in Staromiejski Park (500 m from conference venue) at 7:30 A.M.
- CONFERENCE
The registration is starting at 8:30 A.M.
If you have not registered the previous day, please come to the TestingCup reception and show your ID card. You will receive from us an ID and a TestingCup participant package. Already registered participants are asked to bring their IDs.
Please note that only participants who purchased tickets for the conference will be allowed to join the conference.
At 9 A.M. you will be greeted by Rob Lambert- the head of TestingCup 2018 Program Committee followed by the Lightning Talks Session.
First keynote presentation will be started exactly at 9:30 A.M. by Michael Bolton in person. Then please follow our agenda to know about presentations, workshops and other events during the conference.
Lunch is planned between 12:30 P.M.-13:45 P.M.
- RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT CEREMONY
The announcement of the results and the award ceremony is scheduled for 5:30 P.M. in the ballroom. Both competitors and participants of the conference are invited to participate in it.
